Plant XL for Greenhouse crops

General Mixing Precautions

Plant XL™ consists of living organisms and should be the last item to be mixed into nutrient solutions.

Do not mix Plant XL™ in A or B tank.

High Sodium levels may be detrimental to the living organisms found in Plant XL™.

Do not expose Plant XL™ to hydrogen peroxide higher than 8ppm.

Other chemical products (i.e. bactericide, fungicides, herbicides) should not be mixed with Plant XL™. This product does mix with most organic / natural products. Do a jar test and/or check with supplier before mixing.

Do not mix product in solutions below a pH of 4.5.

Application Rates

In – Soil Greenhouse

Plant XL™ - 425 mL per 1000 sq. ft.
Important: If sterilization (i.e. steaming) is part of production program, Plant XL™ should be added after sterilization has been completed. The sterilization process will harm beneficial bacterium in the Plant XL™ mix.
1. Mix 425 mL of Plant XL™ with a minimum of 10L of water in watering jug or hand sprayer, water temperature of 18 to 20 Celsius is recommended. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes before application.
2. Evenly apply solution to bed. Soil should be worked within one hour of applications.

Flowers-Pots, Trays and Plugs

1. When preparing soil mix for potting, mix Plant XL™ and water (water temp should be approx 18C if possible) at a rate of 1000cc (1 litre) per 130 cubic feet.
2. Plant XL™ can be applied later in the growing season by injection in irrigation line, the rate is the same as in Step 1 (rate will be approx 0.5cc per 6 inch pot).
3. Amount of water used to carry Plant XL™ to plant is irrelevant as long as there is no leaching which would lead to loss of product.
4. Product may also be transported with water through flood benches.
5. Overhead irrigation is also a possibility but should only be done in the evening or on cloudy days. Avoid sunlight.

Plant XL™ Bio-stimulant in Carbon Solution

General information:

Plant XL™ is a liquefied carbon product. Product is inoculated with beneficial micro-organisms and fungi. This product is considered a natural bio-stimulant and is designed to enhance nutrient uptake and will protect the rhizosphere.

Carbon: 98%
Humic Acid: 15%
Fulvic Acid: 4%
Iron: 0 .05%
Living Organisms > 5m/cc

First Aid:

Plant XL™ is a natural product and is very safe to use.
If swallowed: Rinse mouth with water, and drink one glass of water. Product has earthy taste and will temporarily stain teeth.
If in eyes: Splash water in eyes, eyes may be slightly irritated similar to water in a swimming pool.
If on skin: Wash skin with water, skin may feel dry.
Precautions:
Keep out of reach of children. Product is classified commercial and should be used by adults only. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Handle and apply only as recommended on this label. Always triple rinse container and triple rinse spraying equipment. Do not drink or smoke during mixing or application. Product is not toxic for lakes, ponds, wetlands and is not dangerous for livestock. Packaging should not be reused.
Caution:
Product may not be mixed with insecticide, herbicide or fungicide.

Product Information

Plant XL™ is available in 10L jugs, 190L barrels and 1000L totes.
Plant XL ™ is non-hazardous.
Plant XL™ has a shelf life of approximately 14 months.

Special storage instruction for Plant XL™

Store between 2 and 10 degrees Celsius if possible.
Plant XL™ MUST NOT FREEZE and should not be stored in direct sunlight.
Loosen lid of jug or bungs of barrel upon receipt of product.
Shake / stir Plant XL™ prior to each use.
